对于开发者来说，使自己的界面在IE下显示正常，需要花费数倍于在Firefox中下的功夫。
人们可以为Firefox开发出Firebug这样强大的东西，而IE的开发者们自己也仅仅只能做出一个跟Firebug比起来基本上没用的toolbar.
